Happy Healthy Life.

Within my journal contains a list.
Yes, I even have lists in my journal.
I write down things that make my life happy and healthy and how to stay that way.

Take a peak into my journal.

Smile at a stranger.
Maybe even add a compliment.
Make peace with your body.
Focus on your great features not the bad.
It's okay to have high confidence about your talents.
Take care of your body, eat your fruits, veggies, keep active within you life.
Stop comparing yourself to others.
Stay true.
Random acts of kindness.
Don't let anything hold you back from what you dream.
Wake up to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea.
Daydream.
Act like a lady.
Express yourself through art.
Hug often.
Stop regretting.
Keep busy and productive.
Say your prayers.
