So, it was Thanksgiving a few days ago....
I saw family I haven’t seen or been with in a while, my boyfriend was with me and my family on this day and it was just oh so wonderful.
Irving, a few of my cousins and I went to go see a Christmas Carol too after dinner, it made me want to cry, I love that story. :]
I have been definitely emotional lately, I cry a lot for good and bad. The Red Rock School was having a free thanksgiving dinner for those who can’t afford a dinner and for the homeless. Me and Irving were in the car and passed the school on the Blvd. I saw all of the homeless who were gathered around the school to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. I couldn’t help but just cry, cry of happiness and sadness. Knowing how lucky I am and how unfortunate it is that there are sooo many people out there who don't even have a home to have a thanksgiving dinner in.
When I started to cry Irving turned to me and said, “You know, Mariah, the world would be a much better place if a lot people were more like you. I’m serious.” & that defiantly put a smile on my face. :]!
Most people don’t think about how fortunate they are and think about all the things they are thankful for, not even on Thanksgiving.
I have a list, a list of things that I am thankful for, big and small.
My family, they are and always will be number one in my life, they have always loved me unconditionally and have always been there for me.
My boyfriend,Irving, who is always there for me and makes me so happy and confident for who I am.
My best friend, Simi, she is defiantly the greatest and has been there for me for 14 years.
All of my other amazing friends who make me smile and laugh through all the bad times.
Music, without it, I couldn't sing or dance.
Foooood, yummy in my tummy!
Cameras, photography is what will lead my life career.
Sophie, my adorable little doggie who was sent down from heaven. :D
My home(s), they are sooo nice, cozey and homey. :]
My bed, many people don't have bed to keep them warm and comfy at night.
Teddy Bears, So many kids out there would love a teddy bear to snuggle with.
Socks and shoes, they keep my cute feet protected.
School, I am very thankful that I am able to get a good education.
Internet, it makes life a lot easier.
My good health, being healthy and born healthy is something to be very thankful about!
Book, stories that you can't stop reading.
Lyrics to a song, they inspired me.
There are soooo many more things that I could list, this would be never ending & I'm about to cry...
But there is one thing that is defiantly at the top of my list, something that everyone should be thankful for...
I am thankful for being the amazing person that I am. :]
