My Momma's music.

Did your parents ever let you listen to their music and CD's?
Well my awesome Momma did!
There were 2 CDs though that I was obsessed with....Madonna & Ace of Base. Yeahh boyyy.

However...Were there the songs that your parents never let you listen to?....on the CDs they let you barrow?
Well...Let me tell ya...I LOVED the song "Papa don't preach" by Madonna.
Why? Ohh I don't know, sweet beat I guess! I had no idea what it was about either...so I never understood why this song was so bad!?
Every time I would play this song she would come in and say "Mariah Cassandra, I told you to skip that song!" & like the good little girl I was I didn't argue...I would just say, "Yes...Mommy.."
BUT GET THIS...when she would leave...I would stick it in my portable CD Player and listen to it...she would never know..yeahh.. I'm a rebel, what can I say?

Anywho today I thought of that song....& I decided to listen to it...I was just waiting for my Mom to come around the corner to stop me.
So here I sit feeling all rebel like singing, "PAPA DON'T PREACH..I'M IN TROUBLE DEEP!"

BOO-YAH!
& I even watched the music video..what now?!
