I'm pretty positive that this was by far the best Christmas.
Christmas Eve we had the evening at my Aunt Bev's for a get together then went back home to watch The Christmas Story with some Eggnog.
It started off with my parents and my grandma running in at 5 a.m to wake me up because it was Christmas morning, pay back for all the years that I did it. Let's just say I was so scared it made my Grandma say "Where did she learn to say that?!"
We enjoyed our coffee and looked through our stockings. This year we pulled names for stockings. Tt was so much fun! We were in no rush to open all of our gifts because we were not expecting company. It was so relaxing. About 6:30 we decided to dig into the gifts.
I think we were all very happy with what we got. & best of all we had each other's great company
We stayed comfy all day long. Read. Ate too much food. and played with our new toys.
Santa was good to me this year.
I got pretty much everything I asked for, the bigger things really.
-I got my Ellen Hopkin's new books, Perfect and Triangles. My friend gave me The Hunger Games. & I also got Annie Leibovitz's new book too! I have a lot of reading to get done.
-My sewing machine & the prettiest backpack ever! I never want to take it off.
-A few pieces of clothing, earrings, and other pretty things.
-Oh, and my food processor! (The Ninja)
-I also got 2 giftcards, I'm not even sure what to get with them yet! Maybe a Holga or Polaroid camera?
