Fancy Friday.

Friday Night Sweet Treat.

Friday's are always perfect for something sweet right?
Since I suffer from a sweet tooth I have to make it healthy most of the time. 
It was cloud so I was craving baked apples today. 

We have no brown sugar or cinnamon. 
I did have butter, sugar, and instant cinnamon and spice oatmeal. 

Mariah baked apples. 
Preheat your oven to 350. 
Cut apple in half and spoon out the core. 
Melt 1 Tbsp. of butter. Mix 2 tbsp. of instant oatmeal, and a tad bit of sugar. 
Add mixture into apples and set in the oven for 30 minutes. 
Vuala. Mariah baked apples. 
Don't forget the coffee. Maybe even add some ice cream.
