Fancy Friday

Healthy Foods.

I find it a god sent blessing to have a love for healthy foods. I fancy eating something and then feeling good after what I ate. 
It's always been natural for me to choose healthy foods. Even going out to eat 90% of what I eat is vegetarian or the healthy substitutes, even more so now then ever before. 
As I write this I am currently drinking my 3rd cup of green tea. 
A lot of times people will ask "Are you on a health kick?" "Are you on a diet?" One time I had this friend who would never fail to say "OMG Mariah. You're not fat!" Uhh...did I ever say I was fat? It's just yummy!
I'm usually the friend going out for pizza that will ask "Anyone else like vegetarian pizza?"
You may be asking if I am a vegetarian, no I'm not vegetarian. However, I could live as a vegetarian very easily. Minus fish, I'm a big seafood person. 
I prefer baked over fried, veggies over burgers, and whole wheat anything is my best friend. 
It if was not for my true love of sweets, I'm sure I would be 4 sizes smaller. But I'm okay with how I am, so I'll keep the sweets...and pastas. mmmm pasta. 
Maybe one day I'll do a blog of all the healthy yummy foods I eat. 
Which may be a result to my weight loss.
