Oh opps. It's Saturday, uh what?

Stud earrings.

So today I went into Clarie's to get some new ring snuggies because the one that was on my ring Keiran gave me fell off and I don't know what I would do with my life if I lost it. The lady who was working there then told me "They are part of our buy two get one free sale!" Well since I've been craving for a new pack of stud earrings I said to myself "Hey, why not." plus I got a $10 off coupon for my next visit. Baboom. 

I fancy mixing and matching so it's super fancy to be able to do this with my ears as well since I have a double ear piercing. 

Although it would be even more fun if I had three, which I keep planning to do but chicken out. 

I could handle a tattoo over and ear piecing any day.

Sunday sweetness.

My Grams and Papa (Baumgartle) were in Denver and took me out for awhile this morning. 

We had a nice breakfast at Mimi's Cafe. For those of you who have never been to a Mimi's...they give you a freshly baked muffin with most of the meals. & it's not just a little one, it's basically your whole meal. I was more then thrilled that they had Red Velvet flavored muffins. Oh yes, pure bliss. 

Afterwards my Grams had this wonderful idea of going shopping. 

I succeeded in finding a pair of shorts that don't expose your whole bottom half. Thank you, Levis. I finally purchased a mullet skirt. Short in front and long in back. It's so flowy. And knowing me, of course I got a top. Different style and pattern then what I have in my closet. Love. 

We then hit The Container Store. Okay, I've never been into one of these places but it was seriously amazing. They have containers and organizers for everything. Every.Thing! 

I'm not the biggest shoe person. You know the girls that are crazy about shoes? I've never been that girl. I do appreciate some fancy footwear but it's never been at the top of my want's list. We went into a DSW & I was dizzy of all the different types of shoes. I did end up getting a nice pair of flats. They are sweet and comfortable. 

Ever been to a HomeGoods? TJ Max? I'm in love with TJ Max. I've never been into a homegoods though. Probably a good thing, I would have gone broke. Fast. I was drooling over everything. It made me want to redecorate my entire apartment. I know where I'll be going someone for all my decorating needs. I did however get a nice wall hanging. It fits me perfectly. 

I should really consider working off that Red Velvet Muffin now. 

Fancy Friday

It's Saturday. I'm terrible. I honestly have no excuse either. 

I also woke up at 9:30 this morning...far too late for me.

Skirts with pockets. 

Not only do I love skirts...but I fancy skirts with some pockets on the side. I feel a strong need to expand my wardrobe of more then two pair of skirts with pockets.

Since I always choose to dress up for days I work at The Art Museum..it's really handy when I have my skirt with the pockets on. I carry around this pointer but usually end up not using it. However, when I have my skirt with the pockets I can just stick it in my pocket and not having to worry about it being in the way. The first skirt is the one I wear to work which I purchased at Walmart. Yes, I said Walmart. They have this collection there with some really cute clothing. I love the long flowy length and the floral pattern.

 While we were in Vegas on Wednesday I got another skirt with pockets. What I love most about this skirt is the perfect length... since I have a big bootay I have to watch how short my skirts are because they will become even shorter in the back when I put them on & then I have the problem of not being able to bend over. Yes, I just went there. I love the buttons on the front (which you cannot see in the photo) and patterns on this guy. Also cute with some tights. 

If you do not own a skirt with pockets...I highly suggest.

Customized Toms

Toms. Toms. Toms. 

Who just does not love Toms shoes?

I love the purpose of them, they are comfortable, and quite stylish.

I myself wish I had a closet full. I am lacking in the collection of colors and styles since I only have one pair. 

My pair says "Journey is the destination" all over with colors of red, green, pink, tan, orange.... just Shloobs of color.

I love almost every style of Toms however these customized toms are sure fancy.

I'm more then tempted to take my saved up tattoo money, go buy a pair of toms, and take them to a great artist. Only because I don't want to think how dreadful they would look if I touched them myself with paint.

Talk about fancy. I'm in love with these detailed flower and bird toms.

I like them even better then the peacock feathers & that's saying a lot.

Not only can you paint fancy designs on them but you can customize them with fabric.
I know what I'm doing with mine once they get worn out. I may not be able to paint but I may be able to work some magic with the fabric.
They are so fabulous it kills me.

Today I was in a normal everyday outfit for New Years Eve... 

Then I was inspired by XOXO Fashion (by Cambria) to add some sparkle to my outfit!

I did just that. I threw on my sparkle-iest shirt, shoes, some cords, and a hat. Called it good.

Fancy That Friday.

Feather Earrings.

If you are ever planning on sending me a nice little gift, a nice choice would be scrapbook paper, hair clips, and/or feather earrings.

I'm a bird and feather kind of girl. Most people know me for peacock feathers. (which will soon be tattooed on my body)

Feathers are just so beautiful and I find so many of them unique in their own way.

Delicate and pretty.

Today I found that nice pair of polka dotted feather earrings for only eight dollars.

Nice buy after buying a $20 pair.

My Step-Daddy even fancies feather earrings.

Closet.

My closet here in Mexico is pretty much empty.

Those of you who know me can find this rather shocking.

Those of you who really know me can probably remember me walking around school and Portland city in my favorite black heels. Of course I would always get the question "Don't those ever hurt?"

Guess what guys? I forgot my black heels.

Haven't wore heels for months now.

Back at home my closet is pretty much stuffed, plus the drawers.

I love my outfits, a lot.

I've been planning to do some fashion blogs, but that will just have to wait I'm afraid.

I could probably cook up a few nice outfits that are blog worthy though.

Until then.....

Fall is coming and probably my favorite season to dress for.

I won't get fall here in Mexico, It's going to be shorts and tank tops. probably till the time I hit the states.

Oooo and sun dresses. I'm a big sun dress girl.
Since I won't be wearing these outfits, here's a look at what you would be seeing me in.

Did you know turquoise is a universal color?
In other words...everyone can pull off this color.

I find it rather amazing.
